WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER! THE OWNER IS SO RUDE! HE CLAIMS THIS IS ALL YOU CAN EAT BUT HE IGNORES YOU UNTIL THE RESTAURANT CLOSES AND THEN YOU BARELY CAN ORDER ANYTHING. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF RATS! DIRTY DISHES ARE LEFT OVERNIGHT, FLOOR, TABLES ARE DIRTY AS HELL. NO HEAT SO THE FOOD GETS COLD IN 2 SECS. NASTY NASTY BATHROOMS.
We love this place--is it still around?
I'm not sure it is now, but when we used to go in the mid-90's it was great. The food was decent, and always hot, because unlike a buffet style "all you can eat" each entree was cooked to order, as follows. At the time each adult at the table was permitted to order 2 entrees, i.e. if you are a party of 3, then you can order a total of 6 entrees. However, once those 6 entrees were eaten, then each adult was permitted 2 more (until consumed) and so on so pretty much "all you can eat," however there was a "no doggy-bag policy." Again, at the time (mid 90's) appetizers, such as rice, soups, egg-rolls, chicken-wings, etc. did not count as an ordered entree, so the table could order all they desired. I, nor anyone that ever went with me, ever saw rats, or roaches, or filthy tables the washrooms could have been cleaner, but I've seen much worse just check out some of the "authentic" restaurants downtown!
We've always enjoyed our visits, but, stated too many times already, that was over 15 years ago, and a lot can happen during that time. My advice, go check it out yourself it should still cost less than your average three snacks at any local movie theater!
We plan on trying it out in the next few weeks. We'll let you know!
